Data Deletion Instructions for Users

Types of Data Collected

Your app collects and stores the following user data:

1. Local Device Storage:

- Saved outfit images and compositions

- Shopping cart items

- App preferences and settings

- Cached product images

- Tutorial progress

- Home screen layout preferences

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Contact Us Directly

Email us at: support@downloadelenor.com

- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"

- Include: Your email address or user identifier

- We will process your request within 30 days

Option 2: Self-Service Data Deletion

Manual deletion steps:

1. Clear Local Data:

- Delete the app from your device

- This removes all locally stored outfits, images, and preferences

2. Clear iCloud Backup Data:

- Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud

- Scroll down to the shopping app

- Turn off iCloud backup for this app

- Delete existing backup data

Data Deletion Timeline

- Local device data: Immediate upon app deletion

- Cloud/Firebase data: Within 30 days of request

- Backup data: Immediate upon request processing

What Happens After Deletion

- You will lose all saved outfits and categories

- Shopping cart items will be cleared

- App preferences will reset to defaults

- You can reinstall the app but will start fresh

Data We Cannot Delete

- Legal compliance records (if required by law)
